I am Seema Deshmukh, and I am thrilled to join GEMS Westminster School, Sharjah as the Deputy Head of Secondary. My passion for education is deeply rooted in my desire to inspire and empower students.
I bring over a decade and a half of experience in teaching and educational leadership, having worked with diverse student populations and curricula. My journey in education began in my hometown, where I supported students in achieving their academic goals through dedicated mentorship and innovative teaching strategies.
I hold a master's degree in educational leadership and a master's degree in science (Biochemistry), which have equipped me with the skills to drive academic excellence and foster a love for learning. My approach is centered on creating an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environment where every student can thrive.
I am committed to collaborating with our talented staff, students, and parents to ensure that GEMS Westminster School remains a beacon of educational excellence. I look forward to contributing to the success of our school community and helping our students reach their fullest potential.
